Mobekimasu Sort Update
The ever entertaining game of Mobekimasu Sort has been once again updated, this time including S/mileage second generation and Morning Musume's 10th. With that being said, the results this time have probably changed from the last time I had to choose my ranking.Saturday, November 5, 2011
Berrikyuu DVD Mag Vol 2 - A Plot Summary
You may or may not have already read my previous post about Berryz & C-ute's DVD Magazine Volume 1, but either way, here is the continuation post, featuring (wait for it)...yes that's right folks, Berryz & C-ute DVD Magazine Volume 2!!Thursday, November 3, 2011
Berrikyuu DVD Mag Vol 1 - In a Nutshell
Today I had the joy of watching Berryz Kobo & C-ute DVD Magazine Volume 1, which central focus a military atmosphere, obviously referring to their recent stage play, Sengoku Jietai. This DVD magazine was accompanied by it's other half, Volume 2. In Volume 1 (today's focus), we were blessed with the presence of half of our Berikyuu members. In Volume 2 (stay tuned to find out), we get to see the other half.Friday, October 28, 2011

What day is it?
September 10th is C-ute day! Every year on 9/10 a Cutie Circuit is held. I think it's a great tradition for C-ute, and it's a very cool thing to have an unofficial (it's official to me!) holiday in honor of your group. I'm surprised that UFA has uploaded three performances of their concert to youtube, and in HD as well!
It's Kiss Me Aishiteru, Midnight Temptation, and Namida no Iro. A very nice preview of their newest concert tour (even if it is from the back of the theater lol).
Here's a new C-ute photoset that I ordered off of HSU recently that I haven't shown yet. It's from their Spring concert tour, Chou! Wonderful:
I've also created a new blog roll on the right side of the screen as you can see. I hope you visit all my friends blogs!
I hope all of you have/had a great C-ute day (i know i'm rather late, since it's already the 11th in Japan haha).

Sekaiichi Happy na Onna no Ko Profile Pictures
HelloProject has updated profile pictures on their website for C-ute's new single Sekaiichi Happy na Onna no ko. Here's what they look like now: I find it rather strange and amusing how the profile pictures/CD jacket outfits have NOTHING to do with the PV! I find that weird. Others might not.
Seriously what are these outfits? WHERE IS THE CREATIVITY? THE PASSION? Well I guess the creativity exploded in the PV. I swear it's like a kawii rainbow unicorn threw up on them there. It might have blinded the designers into making simple white looks for the CD cover, so we would be totally unexpected to see da rainbowz in the PV.
OK hi Nakky Mrs.NoShorts. The next thing that I noticed when looking at these profile pictures was that it seems that Airi has stolen a pair of my underpants. They look better on me her. Also, since when did Chisa dye her hair that shade of brown? I didn't notice it before. Maybe it's all the blinding white in these pictures. In addition, I always thought that S/mileage was supposed to be the "legs" group. What's going on Tsunku?
He must of had one thing on his mind. It's the kind of thing that seems to be on many of our minds I'd assume. Especially with these outfits. C-UTE PILLOW FIGHT!
CAN I GET A WHAT WHAT?

Sekai Ichi Happy na Onna no ko
C-ute newest single's PV was released earlier, and I wanted to give my thoughts on it. For starters, I thought it was a great PV with LOTS OF COLORS.
I didn't listen to the song until the PV came out, so I was in for a surprise when I opened the video. The first thing I obviously noticed were that there were many colors lol. It was nice to see that the girls donned appropriately colored outfits for the single. That's something that's usually only seen in concerts, so it was a nice touch to add to a PV.
What I also really liked in the PV (which I noticed first in Maimi which I fell in love with), was the strands of color in the girls hair. I thought that was a nice flare, and it looked exceptionally good on Maimi.
I found the song to have a nice ring to it, and I really liked the solo's that were more or less evenly distributed. Also that one line that Maimi sings really quickly is awesome. That's one of my favorite parts.
Even though this is your typical standardized Hello!Project PV, I love it no less. It's the singers that make the video great, not necessarily how high the PV budget was (which is something that apparently matters to a lot of fans, don't know why). I found that the idea for the individually colored rooms were creative and innovative. The outfits were a bit frilly for my liking, seeing as the skirts are as wide as umbrellas. I'm not too fond of the accessories on each of their heads, especially Chisa's hideous green cowboy hat!
It also made me laugh thinking about how and where they found so many articles of furniture, accessories, books, and notebooks to match to one color. That must of been such a pain to put together. It all did come together well in my opinion though. The way they spelled out HAPPY was a nice touch too. It was really cute, even though Berryz pulled a similar stunt in their Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda PV, except used photographs, and spelled out FRIENDS. Whatever, i'm not complaining.
So all in all, I actually really like this single, and I think it will sell well! It's a very cute direction for C-ute, and it's very happy and bubbly. So far this is two kawaii songs in a row. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for another Kiss Me Aishiteru hit next!
Wait that's not right....

Another HSU Package
I got another package from HelloStoreUSA today! I think it's been a short while since I've bought anything form there. I think the last thing was my Fantasy DX t-shirt. Anyways, today's haul was a bunch of different photosets from various things like Fantasy DX, Chou Wonderful, C-ute/Smileage Collab, Dream Morning Musume, and Maji Desu Ka Ska. Lets have a look!
Well first off, this is what I excitedly took out of the packaging: My desk was an H!P mess~
First we have a lovely L-sized Fantasy DX photoset: First kyuukie merch woo!
Second is my favorite: Metallic C-ute Chou Wonderful L-sized set
Next up is some Aika goodness. I couldn't pass these up:
After that we got a nice 2L Nakky set from the C-ute/Smileage collab concert!
And lastly my Dream Morning Musume 2L Yaguchi set!! <3
The fun thing about HelloStoreUSA's 'special order' is that by the time they receive the goods from Japan and ship them to me, i've basically forgotten what i've purchased, so it's a surprise every time!

You May Be Surprised
~[ Day 5: Favorite Group? ]~
BOOM. C-ute. Did you see that one coming?
Yes. I said it. C-ute has outranked Momusu when it comes to the award for my favorite group. For starters, I've been heavily influenced by Melisa and Chris when it comes to the H!P kids. They were the ones who initially handed me the great pictures and videos that I needed to see. Along those lines, I started getting more and more C-ute happy. I of course still love Momusu, but the reason why I chose C-ute as my favorite group is because of their stable unity. I didn't start becoming a huge fan until after Erika left anyways, so this is the 5nin cute that has stuck with me the most.
When I think of Momusu, I care for each member differently, and for different reasons. Also, after Eri/Jun/Lin graduation, they just haven't been the same for me. I'm still getting used to the kyuukies (even though I like them already). They need time to adjust. Thats what special about C-ute. I love them all equally. I honestly don't have a C-ute ranking. They all take the number one spot in my book. Airi, Nakky, Maimi, Chisa, and Haggy. I love them all. They have such a strong bond that can never break. This is why I love them. Oh, and they make some fantastic music of course! (hooray for my 100th post!)

Winter 2011 Concert A-gana
Last night I finished watching the Hello!Project Winter 2011 Concert (A-Gana) DVD. I really liked how they covered older H!P songs with the shuffle units such as my favorites, Pucchimoni V and Tanpopo#.
Speaking of those two groups, they both had two of my favorite performances of the night. Pucchimoni V performed an original Pucchimoni song, "Wow Wow Wow," and Tanpopo# performed a W song "Dekoboko Seventeen." That has been one of my favorite W songs ever.
All in all, I thought the concert was really fun to watch, and I am now obsessed with those two performances. My third favorite performance would have to be High-King's Destiny Love. It was performed really well.
I also loved how Nakazawa Yuko made a nice cameo appearence during one of the MC's, wearing a Dream Morning Musume t-shirt as advertisement. The kyuukies also got a nice introduction as well, even though Zukki wasn't able to attend.

Revelations
The idols that you love and worship aren't all what you think they are. They really have secrets that they thought would never be revealed. I've found out some of them, and am currently investigating deeper into these mysteries. I wonder what I am going to find next.
Airi is really a witch. No seriously. She can fly. This is amazing.
Maeda Yuka is actually a pumpkin. She told everybody that it was a Halloween costume, but in actuality, she needs to be properly watered and needs enough sunlight.
Once you see her, you will "lol."
Nakky is not going to be a pushover anymore. She demands her lines. I don't think I want to see angry Nakky...
I've seen it with my own eyes. It was on my ceiling, watching me sleep. When I opened my eyes, it stared at me, screamed, and ran away, disguising itself as center dancer Riho. Everybody may love her, but I know her true form.
Beware...

Christmas in May
Around December of last year, C-ute held a Christmas themed FC event featuring them in snowman outfits that everybody seemed to love. I was one of those people, and knew I had to get my hands on some of those FC goods. This time, only 5 months later, I finally got them! Take a look!
I loved the way these pictures looked from the moment I saw a scan of them online. I'm so happy to add them to my collection. These are probably some of my favorite photos released of C-ute.

Chou! Wonderful Concert Tour
(a bit delayed, I know)
C-ute's spring tour cocnert Chou! Wonderful has released their goods list recently. I like most of the goods. The pictures are fantastic...but the shirts, which I was looking forward to the most, aren't my favorite kind of shirts. I was expecting something freaking awesome cause the theme was so cool, but it was those handmade ones like they give out for members birthdays and stuff. Still nice! But not something for me~
All I can say is...oh mah god metallic sets. I'm sooo getting some!
